As our first time here, I personally really like how the staff are so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The food was really filling and delicious, I'm glad we got such a marvelous first impression of this place. The attender Hollyland was very sweet and graceful in attending to our need. Thank you so much

We had a wonderful experience. Came here for the Brunch buffet and the play area. The food and drinks were really good. The play area is very well maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Keep it up Marriott Team! 👍🏻

I had a great time while visiting this place. The ambience was good, perfect location where we can get a good view, the food and the cocktails was good. I was impressed with the service especially miss Kivenmi was the best one. She greets us with her lovely smile and she talks sweetly. I would suggest others to visit too. You won’t be disappointed at all.

I have been visiting Courtyard Shillong for quite some time and I've met Vinayak who has been very courteous so I would really give more than 5 stars to the hotel. But unfortunately that is the highest I can do so. I really love to recommend anyone to come here. 5 stars is still an understatement.

Everything went brilliantly - chef Akhil was fabulous. Not only a great chef but he chatted to everybody throughout the evening answering all their questions. He looked after everybody really well and the food was terrific. Thanks for setting it all up and you can be assured that if I try this again you will be top of my list.’

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in were delightful and eager to help. Absolutely love the charm of this hotel, it does not give you the routine chain hotel vibe at all, and honesty had the best stay ever!!!!The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The food was great, plated neatly and relished everything to my heart's content. A big shout out to the staff @Amy and @kiki for their wonderful and professional assistance.Thank you! Will surely recommend Marriott to my colleagues! 👍
